Here we go for another good week

I went to REI yesturday and returned my trail running shoes that caused the blister and picked up the old trusty Asics 2130's.
The Blister is feeling much better and was able to get in a run last night.
Here is the results from yesterday:
Run: 5.0 miles along the canal, avg pace 11:59

Honey Nut Cheerios: 120 cal
Milk: 45 cal
Apple: 35 cal
Carrots: 50 cal
Yogurt: 100 cal
Celery: 35 cal
Bread with Almond Butter: 320
Hershey's miniature chocolate: 125 cal
2 Apples: 70 cal
Chicken Breast grilled: 210 cal
Almonds: 100 cal
Total: 1209 calories

Final Result (This morning), 189.0 lbs. 4 down and 19 to go.

Total Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) (2129) - 1209(Consumed) = 920 deficit
Total Calories burned exercising = 813
Total FAT Calories used = 1733

Great job tracking all of your food. I know it works to put it right there in front of you. (Which is why I stopped doing it.)
