Flat Line Day



When I got on the scale this morning, it showed a little less than yesterday, but basically the same 189. I did return my shoes AGAIN to REI. I got home and realized they gave me a pair of 4E width, so I went back and got a normal width.


Here is what I did yesterday:
Run: 5 miles

Food Intake:
Oatmeal Pancakes X2: 283 Calories
Jelly: 100 calories
Egg: 70 calories
Carrots: 35 calories
Chicken Breast: 185 calories
Yogurt: 100 calories
Apples X 3: 105 calories
Banana: 108 calories
Healthy Choice Chicken Dinner: 290 calories
Milk: 90 calories
Cliff Bar: 250 calories
Recees Peanut Butter Cup (1 cup): 130 Calories
Water: LOTS AND LOTS

Total: 1746 calories

Final Result (This morning), 189 lbs. 4 down and 19 to go.

Total Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) (2129) - 1746(Consumed) = 383 deficit
Total Calories burned exercising = 732
Total FAT Calories used = 1115

I did drop .5 lbs, but rounding has left me the same as yesterday for the weight loss.



Here are some of the more fun foods that some of us love and their caloric values:



Candy Corn: 20 pieces, 140 calories, 36 grams of carbs, and 28 grams of sugar !
Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll: 730 calories, 24 grams of fat, 114 grams of carbs, 1.5 grams of fiber !!!

I hope that none of you are picking up a 6 pack of Cinnabon Cinnamon rolls for a lunchtime snack.

cinnabons vs. running? hmmm, tough choice. i could run over to the mall. It's only a mile away.
